Fixed Asset Management

AssetRecord allows organisations to effectively manage and track their capital asset items. Assets which have moved location, missing or additional assets will be identified. The value (including user defined depreciation) of an individual asset or group of assets may also be calculated during the lifetime of the asset. A comprehensive suite of reports are available, these include:-

  • Missing assets by department and/or location
  • Additional assets by department and/or location
  • Upcoming portable testing and planned maintenance
  • Upcoming expiry of warranties
  • Asset Replacement Dates
  • Value of assets by Company, department and/or location

 

The system is available as a standalone or multi-user network solution. It is Microsoft Access® table’s compatible which allows for greater flexibility with other systems.
