Toshiba OLV-SV100 Online Barcode Verifier

The OLV-SV100 Toshiba. It consists of a robust and durable barcode scanner mounted on a sturdy steel frame and combined with the class leading Toshiba B-SX4T or B-SX5T thermal transfer printer. The OLV-SV100 will scan each barcode as is emerges from the printer and will verify that it meets the standards preset by the operator prior to printing, if a bad barcode is scanned the printer will draw the label back inside and then print over it with a high visibility warning pattern to mark the label as defective.

The printer will then re-print the label and continue with the print run so long as the reprint is acceptable.  The OLV-SV100 online verifier can be configured to scan almost any barcode symbology and is able to detect poor ANSI grade barcode's, barcodes with insufficient white zones (safe zones) and multiple barcodes per label.
